  • Regular weekly visits keep your yard consistently clean, odor-free, and safe. Perfect for most households — prevents buildup and keeps things fresh week after week.

  • Bi-Weekly Scoop Service 🔄

  • Every-other-week cleanups for lighter waste loads or budget-friendly convenience. Still thorough, just on a slightly relaxed schedule.

  • One-Time Deep Clean ✨

  • A thorough initial or seasonal reset — we scoop everything visible, bag it all, and leave your yard looking (and smelling) brand new. Great for move-ins, spring refresh, or special occasions.

  • Sanitizer & Deodorizing Spray Add-On 🧼

  • Extra treatment with pet-safe sanitizer and odor-neutralizing spray. Kills bacteria, eliminates lingering smells, and leaves your yard feeling truly refreshed. Add it to any visit!

How It Works

  • 1. Sign Up & Schedule -

  • Give us a quick call or fill out the form — we’ll set up your first visit in no time.

  • 2. Yard Ready -

  • Keep the gate unlocked and dogs restrained or out of the cleaning area (full details in Terms).

  • 3. We Do the Work -

  • We scoop all visible waste, securely bag and tie it, then place the bags in your trash can — leaving your yard fresh and your hands clean.

  • 4. Yard Fresh & Repeat -

  • Enjoy a clean yard! We come back on your regular scheduled day.

Poop Busters Service Agreement 🐾
Serving Medford & the Rogue Valley
Effective April 2026
Thanks for choosing Poop Busters! We’re here to keep your yard clean so you don’t have to. Here’s how our service works:💳 Billing & Payments
We keep a card on file for all recurring services
Your card must be valid and up to date at all times
Billing happens on the last day of each month for the upcoming month
If a payment doesn’t go through:
A $25 declined payment fee will be added
Service will be paused until the balance is paid
Late payments (15+ days past due):
A $25 late fee will be added📅 Scheduling, Cancellations & Changes
Need to cancel or reschedule? Just give us 24+ hours notice
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of that visit’s fee will be added to your next bill
Stopping regular service? We appreciate 7 days notice🐶 Yard Access & Safety
To make sure we can do a great job:
Please make sure your yard is accessible (gate unlocked or code provided)
Dogs should be secured or inside during service
For everyone’s safety, aggressive dogs must not be loose
Your yard should be:
Reasonably maintained (no extreme overgrowth)
Free of hazards that could cause injury
If we can’t safely access or clean the yard:
The visit may be skipped
The visit will still be charged
A $15 handling fee may apply🌧 Weather & Service Delays
If severe weather (snow, ice, flooding) makes service unsafe:
You won’t be charged for that visit
On the next visit:
There may be a 50% additional charge due to extra cleanup🧹 What We Do
Thorough removal of visible dog waste from service areas
Waste is bagged and placed in your trash can
We don’t handle:
Cat litter
General trash or debris
Toys or non-pet waste
Extra areas or heavy buildup:
May include a small additional charge (we’ll always let you know first)📌 A Few Final Notes
No contracts — stay because you love the service 😊
Prices may be updated annually (with 30 days notice)
No refunds for completed services

Medford + surrounding Rogue Valley (~15 miles)
A small $10 travel fee may apply outside this range❤️ Thank You!
